SharePoint Online: Sign up for a free Office 365 Developer Site from your MSDN subscription

For those who may not be aware, if you are an MSDN subscriber with Visual Studio Ultimate or Visual Studio Premium, you can receive a free 1-year Office 365 Developer Subscription. This now provides you with the SharePoint 2013 version of SharePoint Online.

If your business already has an E1 or E3 Office 365 subscription, you can also provision a Developer site from the Office 365 admin centre.

Alternatively you can get a free 30-day trial, or buy an Office 365 developer subscription for $99.00 per year.

Further details and sign-up links can be found at “Sign up for an Office 365 Developer Site“.

Signing up is straight-forward and you can have a new SharePoint site ready to go in just a few minutes. You have the option to have a single public-facing internet site collection as well as multiple internal site collections. You can also link them to your own domain name if you wish.

Please note however that as the name suggests, this offer is intended for developer use only.

Hi.. as “this offer is intended for developer use only”…
But “You have the option to have a single public-facing internet site collection”…

Can I use this public site as my personal developer site… not just for testing, but for placing some info about my bussines?
